Marketing Manager/Director: This person working in conjunction with the Europe home office will create all the in-store marketing, events and calendar of events for all locations. Key Role:

Organize, coordinate, and manage the execution of editorial content across all NM channels and media  - whether it be print or electronic -  that supports corporate, merchandising, public relations, and marketing initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

·         Manage a staff comprised of an editorial team that will execute editorial content across NM Stores and NM.com, excluding Social Media.

·         Provide NM Brand voice direction to omni-channel copy staffs and Creative Directors.

·         Liaise with V.P. Public Relations/Social Media, V.P.s of Marketing, V.P. Creative Services, V.P. of Web Stores and develop an omni-channel editorial calendar of key corporate content that integrates all channels and platforms.

·         Provide critical insight to writers, editors, and other suppliers.

·         Conceptualizing and brainstorming of ideas for content, as well as hands-on writing of certain content.

·         Work closely with Executive Creative Directors of both Stores and Direct in developing visual support of content.

·         Be closely aligned with Merchants from all channels and insure content supports their merchandising strategies.

·         Source content from outside resources for use within the various channels.

·         Responsible for executing work, and organizing talent and resources to function within established budgets.

Job Requirements:

·         Possess a minimum of 7 years experience leading an editorial department within a Fashion or Fashion retail organization.
